These classes are held at North Penn High School for two 6 week sessions, one in the Fall and another in the Spring. The experienced, fun-loving staff bring a level of knowledge and excitement for the arts to every student. No experience is necessary! All registration for these classes must be done directly with the North Penn Community Education Office. Spring Session and Fall Sessions
Theatre & Kids is proud to offer a wide array of private lessons that can be taken on a recurring basis, or as a one time workshop in a one-on-one or group setting. Consider using us for your drama club, upcoming production, or simply to enhance your existing skills! Listed below are the most popular offerings, but other options can be discussed at the student’s request. All of these lessons are booked directly through the teacher at the convenience of the student for 30-90 minute sessions. Prices vary but are kept at a reasonable rate. Lessons are often done at the home of the student, but can also take place at one of our Theatre & Kids facilities.

Learn the basics of theatre & acting in a course tailored to the abilities and ages of the students. Theatre games, improvisation, script reading, basic diction, projection, accents and body language. Demo for family and friends at last class. No previous experience necessary.
Age 4 through Grade 1
Popular class for young performers to experience a great “taste of theatre.” Singing, dancing, pantomime, storytelling, improvisation, projection, make-believe and more. Three teachers move students from music to drama to dance in 25-minute periods divided into groups by age.
9 - 10:30AM
Various Juvenile Musicals
Age-old tales and modern classics brought to life on stage. This show is a great chance for young actors to "wet their feet" for an authentic on stage experience. No-stress auditions will take place on the first day and everyone in the class will get to take part in a 20-30 musical production at the end, complete with sets, props and costumes.
